When the end of the words is y add ies.
When the end of the words is f or fe add ves.
When the end of the words are ch,sh,x,s and z add es.
Irregular-no(s) or (es) ex. mouse=mice, man-men.
Add s to words that have a vowel before the y.
Words that end with a vowel ex. zoos
words that end with a consouant (o) ex.tomato tomatoes
